Cramming for a test?
Don’t. About an hour before you take your test stop studying. If you study right up to your test, all you will achieve is making yourself tired and frustrated, which will make it harder to concentrate on a test and remember the material.
Allowed a notecard on the test?
Make it before you do your homework. You can get used to using it and won’t waste time searching it during a test. Also, you won’t have to worry about making it while you are studying for the test, you will already know that all the information you will need is included.
Studying for a test?
Try studying previous chapters and work your way up to what you are currently doing. This ensures that you have a firm basis for the new material you have learned.
